kind staff helpful staff modern bidet

the staff was very kind and super helpful, that is a plus! i loved the bidet was installed on the toilet, very modern. my room had a good town view, i saw so much!

food options were limited, i wanted more available at night.

superb suite experience

i found a full kitchen in my huge one bedroom suite. the bed was comfy and very quiet. i also liked the grab and go breakfast bags before my tours each day. the front desk staff, especially mark, were nice.

wow, amazing stay!

helpful staff equipped kitchen central location

the location seriously rocks, super close to shops, restaurants, and public transport (the core mall is just a short walk!). the staff are friendly and helpful. i was so glad to have a well-equipped kitchen. it made cooking my own meals easy. the bidet in the toilet was a total win!

The soundproofing wasn't the best. I could hear some noise from other rooms, but it wasn't a major issue.

the kitchen had all the basics needed for cooking. this included a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, allowing guests to prepare meals. there was also free coffee, a really great touch.

the front desk staff were always available and ready to assist with any questions or requests (they even helped me with directions!). they provided excellent customer service during my entire stay.

friendly staff adjustable temperature convenient location packed breakfast

the front desk staff was very friendly!!! the room had adjustable heat temperature. the location is convenient to parks. i found it easy to catch the 100 bus to and from the airport. a packed breakfast was a nice amenity.

the parking situation is a bit tight, it's only ground-level.

narrow toilet seat non-working bidet

the parking out back was convenient for me. i am not accustomed to this feature in a big city. the staff were also nice.

the suite we rented looked nice enough initially. the toilet was a nightmare, the narrow toilet seat with a non-working bidet was almost touching the vanity.
